hub screen black

I woke up and saw that the screen to my nest hub was black with a white line on the side. I unplugged it both from the device itself and the plug. Neither worked. The speaker still worked and I could hear stuff from it. Ive had it 1.5yrs so it should still be in guarantee. I tried using the chat feature to chat to someone but it said it was out of work hours even though I checked them and it isnt. Ive also factory resetted the device and now cant re connect it onto the app as I need the qr code or code that would be displayed on the screen I cant see! How do I contact someone to replace this device under guarantee??
