Hi

Following a router replacement i am trying to reconnect my Google Hubs and speakers, every time i get through to the set up google assistant page it throws up the same error message (kGSKError Domain error -83902.). I have tried every way i can possibly think off to sort this, language changes, resetting the devices, different phones tablets to set item up, different email addresses nothing is working. Please can some one help as I currently have a small fortune worth of useless tech!

Hello Adjmgee,

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear that you're having issues setting up your Google Nest Hub using your new network. A few questions: what type of device are you using to set up your Nest display (Android, iOS)? What is the make and model of your router?

Please make sure that your phone's language is set to EN_US. Also, to eliminate network issues, please try setting up your device using a mobile hotspot. Please note that you will need two mobile devices for this setup (one will serve as a router and the other will be used to set up your Nest display). Once done, check if your device will have the same behavior.

Let us know how it goes.

Cheers,

Muddi

Hey there,

Do you happen to have an Android device that you would like to try? Also, may I know which country you are currently located in?

Cheers,

Muddi
