My google nest mini keeps rebooting itself it never goes past the two lights due to which I am unable to factory reset the device I tried trouble shooting but that method is also not working because it never reaches the 4 light stage I am attaching a video link for better understanding

Did you try the factory reset instructions on the page below?

If that didn't work, did you try the instructions in the "Troubleshoot issues resetting ..." link?

ive tried this many times still doesnt work stays the same

Since you've tried everything, I don't have any other suggestions except to contact Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
