my nest has been removed every night for 4 weeks
and I have to reset it every morning.
It used to work perfectly. What can be the reason for removing every night?

@Isabella2

This was happening to another customer, who resolved it by doing a factory reset:

Hi Isabella2,

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. Sorry that you are still experiencing the issue. Are you getting a notification on the Google Home app that your Google Nest Mini got unlinked? You can check that by opening your Google Home app then tap the icon at the lower right. It will show you your Google Home app history. Check the Google Home App feed history to see if there is any recorded activity of your Google Nest Mini unlinking.

Also, could you help us get the needed information below?

  1. Your email address associated with the Home app
  2. Device firmware version
  3. Device name (Example: Living room speaker)

Looking forward to your response.

Best,

Juni

In the Nest app:
Open the Nest app and select your Nest thermostat.
Select Settings. Auto-Schedule.
Tap the switch to turn it off.

Hope You Find This Useful,
peter

Hi Peter,

thanks for your answer. I do not have an nest app - do you mean the google home app?

but I cannot find the auto-schedule there

Isabella
