nest audio not powering up

Hi . i purchased a nest audio with a european 2 prong plug on it and bought a uk adapter,,worked for a few weeks and had to purchase another adapter,,looked everywhere for a replacemebt cable for the nest audio with a uk plug but to no avail,,any help would be grateful,,thanks
