Our Google Nest Hub Max stopped working. We have had to unplugged it a few times to power it back on but now that doesn’t work. Have tried to reset but there is only one volume button and holding both sides of it doesn’t reset or reboot. What next? Only had this for a bit over a year.

You are supposed to be able to "press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub Max will let you know that it's resetting."

We already checked in with Google support. We are a few months out of warranty. Since we can't buy a replacement power cord for the unit it is essentially a brick.

Hi, the case number is 8-9111000034290. I am trying to locate a new cord as my last hope to get it working but cannot find anyone who sells a compatible power cord.

Hi I got the specs from the link but so far no adapter I’ve purchased has fit. I’m not sure why Google can’t sell just the power adapter. I’ll try a few more but honestly have given up on Googles quality here.

I really wish I could do something about this, however, we don't sell a separate power adapter for any Google Nest speakers.
