had this nest max v2 for 3 months as a gift to my company. what a piece of junk. reboots at least 5x a day, sometimes it just keeps on rebooting and then restarting and rebooting. i cant get any tech or customer service. all your robo emails cannot be replied to. no way to contact help. last google device i ever buy, and i've been a pixel user for years.
Your customer service is worse than any company i have tried to contact. guess you need to put more money into failed products that you kill after a year. alphabet is a loser.

Since you've mentioned that your Google Nest Hub Max keeps on rebooting, we'd like to check a few things before trying some steps.
If reset is not yet done, let's perform a complete reset and set it up again. As soon as it is completely set up, monitor its behavior and see if you will experience the same.
