Nest hub going silent

When I ask white noise to play, it comes on at a perfect level of 5, but within a minute it automatically kicks it down to 3, EVERY time I'm using it. We use it to put our daughter to sleep and it isn't blocking out any other noises cause it keeps putting it back down low enough that you heart everything else over it.

I found in my settings that the max volume in night mode was super low. Go in the device settings in the app and you should find it. Hopefully that will fix your issue as it has mine.

I haven't heard of that happening, but my first course of action would be resetting it to factory defaults.

Ours is doing the same. Reboot doesn't work. Just started tonight.

Yup, reboot did nothing to fix the issue.
