"what is the thermostat set to" returns only mode, not temperature.

This is ridiculous, it used to work just fine. It's a nest thermostat, and Google assistant used to tell me the mode and temperature. Now just the mode. How does that make sense? Why do you keep making your products worse!?! I won't throw away my Google smart home devices, but I'm buying no more, and switching to Home assistant. Apparently keeping products functional is just too hard for.... One of the largest companies in the world.

Actually, reading your response makes it clear you didn't even read my post. The problem is not that they don't talk, I can get the information I need. The problem is that at some point, Google changed the behavior of asking "what's the living room thermostat set to" from reporting the mode and temperature, to reporting only the mode. Which is stupid. I don't need troubleshooting, I need you all to fix your products
