radio station stopped working on nest

I listen to a radio station every day on my Nest Hub.  This morning it wouldn't play the station. Here are the steps I took to correct:

I rebooted the Nest.

I played a different station on my Hub.

I played the station that doesn't work on my nest on mi iphone.

The Nest Hub still won't [lay my station.

Hi elusive,

Thanks for reaching out.

Sorry to hear about your experience with playing radio on your Google Nest Hub. I'd like to know few things regarding this.

  • How many radio stations are not working?
  • What radio stations are they?
  • Did you also try to command using the radio frequency instead of using the radio station name?

Let us know more details so we can move forward with the next steps.

Best,

Princess

The radio station that isn’t playing is 95.5 KLOS. As I said, it was working just fine (for over a year I have listened to it daily) but it just stopped working. It works on my iPhone, but not on  my hub nest.

Hi elusive,

Thanks for responding.

Could you please try other radio stations so we can isolate if the issue is within the specific radio station? We'd like to check if it's also happening when you ask other radio station so we can check further what's causing this to happen.

Keep us posted.

Best,

Princess

Hi elusive,

Chiming in to check if you already tried other radio stations that would work?

Let me know if you're still experiencing the same thing so we can try other troubleshooting steps.
