second voice match

(1) Google answers my Korean wife in Korean. Even if she speaks English. Can we make it so whoever speaks English is answered in English, and whoever speaks Korean is answered in Korean? Also, can I make the Korean voice female? 

(2) How can I make Idagio our default music app?

This is not the problem. We already have both English and Korean as acceptable languages. Just, when she speaks English, there is almost always a male voice who replies in Korean. 

I wonder why the Korean voice is male, since my “Google Assistant” chosen voice is female.
