talk and listen hands free : no button only voice command?!

hi I was wondering if your hands are wet or you are busy or in my case my mother is disabled from being able to press the button on the nest hub max display, if there was a way you could answer a doorbell video call with your voice like Hey Gxxxx :answer the doorbell or hey Gxxxxx pick up or a customisable word to trigger the mic on button to 2way video call with the person the other end.!. 

if this feature exists or is in development I am So looking forward to it being there!! .

I am working and my hands are also frequently dirty and it is a pain to answer only from tapping a screen!
