مشكلتي تتمثل في فقدان الصوت ، فعندما أربط الجهاز بالتلفاز لا يكون هناك صوت

Hi Ah11,

 

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. A few questions: what Chromecast device are you using? Is this happening when casting (from smartphones or computers) or when playing installed apps (in Chromecast with Google TV)? Is this happening on one app or all apps? Which app(s)? What steps have you taken?

 

Give the steps below a try and let me know how it goes:

 

  • Plug your Chromecast into a different HDMI port on your TV.
  • Reboot your TV, Chromecast device, and Wi-Fi router.
  • Restart your phone or device (casting source).
  • If it persists, try a factory reset and set it up from scratch.
