10play and 9now work OK Just 7plus after 2 ads only get audio, no video.

Have cleared 7Plus cache,  uninstalled and reinstalled.

Have installed 1st Google TV streamer update.  Updated all apps on Google play 

7 Plus works via the Browser on the streamer but it isn't user friendly.

Have contacted 7plus 2Weeks ago, still no solution.

Also, sometimes when I use voice button the remote locks up with the led on.  have to remove battery to unlock.

• Are you receiving any error messages when you try to cast the 7 Plus app? If so, could you please tell me what error you receive?
• What happens when you try to stream with a 7 Plus app?
• What country are you in?

No error message on the 7Plus app,  just plays audio and no video after 2 ads play.
