I have the ChromeCast TV 4K. It is not working at. White power light is on but no signal on the TVs at all.
The product is less than a year and within warranty. How do I go about getting a replacement?

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing with your Chromecast with Google TV (4K) device. Let’s further isolate if the device is already faulty. A few questions: what country are you in? What’s the brand/model and resolution of your TV? Do you have other TVs in your home?
Try to plug your Chromecast with Google TV (4K) device to a different HDMI port or TV. If the same, do a factory reset. Let me know how it goes.
