I haven’t used in a year. Step by step set up for CCast Gen 2 with a new Dual Band Gateway Modem?

Also , will previous sign in’s still be in place for Netflix, Prime, etc.?

Gen 2 Chromecast devices never remember your login information.  They don't need to.  You cast to them from the apps on your phone or tablet.  Those apps on your phone or tablet take care of authorizing the services.
