Can't Customize Captions

I used to be able to customize my captions so that they were easier for me to see on the screen (font colour, background colour and opaqueness, etc.) but that option seems to have disappeared. I can't find it anywhere.

I've also had an issue where I can't scroll past 'Accessibility Shortcut', when I try it just closes the settings menu altogether.

I don't know if these issues are related, I'm mostly just concerned about the captions.

I just realized that I clicked the wrong OS. My Chromecast is running Android TV OS 14

Caption customization is all about typography, font color, size, and background directly affect readability and visual clarity.

Just like styled text tools , adjusting font settings ensures content is accessible and easier to understand for different users.

Hello Choose, did you figure this out? I just upgraded to the Google Streamer 4K and I cannot edit my caption settings too.
