Can't add Android TV to cast group

So I recently got a Sonos beam and simply thought I'd add my Android TV to my audio group like I did with my Chromecast dongle.

However my TV does not seem to allow me to do so, it does not appear in group devices or in it's settings.

So far I have added an extra Chromecast which is a bit silly seeing as it's built in.

• Has anybody ran into this? I have reinstalled the TV etc... No luck.

I apologize about the late response, thank you for your patience! Were you able to fix that speaker group issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

• Were you unable to add your Android TV after you added the Sonos Beam, or were you never able to add the TV?
• Are you able to add the Sonos Beam to the speaker group just by itself?
• Are your TV and Sonos both up-to-date on their firmware?
• What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
