Hi Becky52,

 

Thanks for posting. What type of Chromecast device do you have? If you have a Chromecast with Google TV, are you encountering the sign in issue when setting up the Chromecast using the Chromecast Voice Remote? If yes, could you please try to use the Google Home app instead and try again?
