When I try to install Chromecast on a TV, the instructions change to Spanish. When I get to the step to enter my password on my Android I keep getting an error. I checked and re-checked and even changed my password. It still won't accept it. Is this because the setup instructions are in Spanish? How can I fix this?
I installed two other Chromecast devices on 2 other TVs with no problem.
I think I have 2nd gen. How can I tell? I just bought them.

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. We’re sorry for the trouble, and this is not the experience that we wanted you to have. If you manage to set up the other 2 Chromecast devices using the same Google Home App with the same account on the same smartphone, then it should work too. This could be on the Google Home App now, which we may need to troubleshoot. Try to clear the cache and data, or you can delete the app itself and then reinstall it. Make sure that you login with the same account and proceed with the setup as normal. You may perform a factory reset before doing the set-up for a clean slate. Let us know how it goes.
