Cannot turn off service in google TV account

Under "Settings > Accounts & Profiles > accountName > Your Services", I can't turn off Red Bull TV service. When I do, it will automatically turn itself back on.

I have never used or engaged with Red Bull's products or services so I find it concerning and confusing why it will auto turn itself back on and why was it on to begin with.

I don't think Google has any partnership with red bull right?
