Cast Moderator Setup not available

We've purchased a few Google TV Streamer (4K). We want to use Cast Moderator.

When we press up 7 times on the network screen (as per the instructions), most devices display a toast notification, and we can set up Cast Moderator. We have two devices that do not give the toast notification or allow us to set up Cast Moderator.  

Any ideas to troubleshoot this issue?

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear about the situation that you are experiencing while setting up Cast Moderator on two of your Google TV Streamer (4K) devices, even after trying the "up 7 times" trick on the network screen. I understand how difficult this can be. But don't worry; help is here. In this case, you can try to factory reset your remote control and then try to finish the Cast Moderator setup.

Here is how:

1. Press and hold the Mute and Centre (Select) buttons at the same time.

1. While both buttons are pressed down, the remote LED will blink white.
2. A countdown sound will play after 10 seconds of holding.

     2. Keep holding the buttons until the LED turns solid white. It usually takes no more than 12 seconds to initiate a             factory reset.

I factory reset the remote. How do I pair the remote again?

Thanks for posting. I understand that you factory reset your device. So now you can check the "Set up Google TV Streamer (4K) and Voice Remote" article to set up your remote.

Regarding the Cast Moderator set up, let me tell you that is not supported on the Google TV Streamer 4K. This feature is exclusively compatible with Chromecast with Google TV devices. But please, we appreciate your feedback. We're constantly working on improvements, and your input helps us shape future features.

Hi this device is supported. I bought 40 of them from the supported devices link in the documentation. Are you saying the Google Enterprise documentation is incorrect?

This is the device (Google TV Streamer (4K)) that is recommended by Google for Cast Moderator. It's in their documentation. I tried to add a link but it won't allow me to. I am using this device currently with Cast Moderator.
