Child Time Limit between multiple devices.

I recently purchased 3 Chromecast with Google TV HD models and set them up on my 3 TVs within the home. I added a child's google account to them and confirmed the time limit at 2 hours. After a while, I realized that the child was migrating from room to room at times and I heard the TV playing. I looked at the usage and noticed that the child was getting 6 hours of usage when the limit was set at 2 and the child was swapping TVs, does this usage not sync between devices? How can I limit 2 hours between all 3 TVs while allowing all of 2 hours at any one TV if that is where the time is spent and prevent any more usage from the others if all 2 hours are spent at that TV?

From what I know at the moment it is a local setting to the individual device. You have no way to synchronize the 3 CCGTVs. At the moment, even from Family Link you can only set limits on phones and not on TV devices. I hope that in the future the limits can be managed centrally for all Google devices.

Will this be the same functionality with the new Google TV Streamer?
