Chorme cast with google tv cannot connect with LG monitor

when i connect my chromecast (with google TV) with my LG Monitor (LG 27UL850w) and change to the hdmi source, I see the menu of chromecast for like 1-2 seconds and then it disappears and the monitor says, it can’t  find a signal. Disappoint about this device on LG monitor!

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about that. Let's sort this out.

Quick questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? What's the LED status on your Chromecast? Please make sure the Chromecast is plugged using the power cord and power adapter that came with it. The Chromecast should be plugged in directly to a power source. Also, If the TV still shows a black screen/no signal after you've completed the above steps, reboot your Chromecast.
