Chromacast problem

After updating my chromecast from last month the display jumps sometimes

Hi Rifat412,

 

Thanks for reaching out about your Chromecast! I apologize for the issue you're having. Let's try a quick restart to see if it resolves the issue.

 

  1. Restart your TV: Unplug your TV from the power outlet for about 5 minutes. Then, plug it back in and wait for it to fully restart.
  2. Restart your Chromecast: While your TV is restarting, unplug your Chromecast from the power source for about 30 seconds. Then, plug it back in and wait for it to restart completely.
  3. Once both devices are restarted, try using your Chromecast again.
