I have 7 of these devices and have been trying to add a new one. As soon as the new device starts up it goes to the Paring Bluetooth Screen. I press the Home and <- key and it pairs the remote. However the Bluetooth screen stays up and then the device says restarting Factory Reset. I can sometimes press the <- key and see a screen behind it and start the add process, however eventually the Bluetooth pairing screen pops back up and will factory reset again.
