Chrome cast

I would like to know if I can get any help, my problem is that my chromecast stopped connecting to the wifi network, I have restarted it, I have tried many options suggested in support but under no circumstances have I been able to solve it.

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • When did the behavior start?
  • What model of Chromecast device do you have?
  • What's the firmware version?
  • Is there any LED light on the Chromecast? If so, what’s the color of the LED light?
  • What's the router brand and/or model?
  • How far is the streaming device from the Wi-Fi router?
  • Where are you located? (Example: apartment, school, hotel, etc.)
  • Were there any recent changes to the network?
