Chromecast 4K remote-control not response

All of a sudden the remote control stopped working. I've tried resetting chromecast, but that doesn't help. Tried re-pairing the remote control. Have also tried app remote control on android, nothing works. I can't go into any settings to check the problem. The ony button that work is on/off. Is there a solution?

Thanks for posting in the community. I apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced with your remote control.

I understand that is not responding, and it's just working when turning the volume up and down. 

Let's try the next:

• Remove both batteries from the remote.
• While checking the LED on the remote, reinsert the batteries. If the LED doesn't flash twice, continue to the next step
• Complete within two seconds: While checking the LED, remove and reinsert the battery. If the LED still doesn't flash twice, repeat this step.
• While checking for the LED to flash twice, replace both batteries with the original batteries that came with the remote. If these batteries aren't available, use two fresh 1.5-volt AAA batteries.
• Remove both batteries and wait for five minutes. While checking for the LED to flash twice, reinsert the batteries.
• If the LED still doesn't blink, follow the troubleshooting steps under Voice Remote doesn't work at all.

Let me know how this goes to keep working together and find a resolution.

Thanks for your answer. I had to factory reset Chrokmecast Android TV. Very sad, because i had apps on it that is currently only available in my home country. But it work just fine after factory reset
