Chromecast Google TV

En la televisión me aparece que haga la configuración desde mi teléfono, cuando lo empiezo hacer y llego a la parte de conectarlo a internet me aparece conectando y después me ahorro ja un mensaje de “Se produjo un error” quisiera saber por qué no se puede configurar o cuánto va a tardar por favor. Ya que llevo varios días así 

quedo al pendiente de sus comentarios. Gracias
