I have two Google Home Maxes and while watching a review, I saw a setting to choose your audio output. Can you choose to connect a google speaker to the new streamer? Is it just a Bluetooth connection, or is it a networked speaker group?

Hi gbutton,
Thanks for posting. I understand that you want to link your Google Streamer with your Google Speaker. In this case, you can control the video and audio with your speaker display once you make sure your phone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as your speaker, display, and Google streaming devices.
Here is how to do it:
You can check detailed information on the "Link your TV to your Google Nest or Home speaker or display" article.
Please let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
Jenny

Hi. I’ve connected my Max directly via bluethoot with the streamer as a external audio output. The problem it’s that the sound starts to shutter after a few minutes and turns unbearable. I’m having no solution yet form google.

Hi Tecnoadicto24,
Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear about the situation that you are experiencing with the sound on your Google Nest Hub Max and your Google TV Streamer. But don't worry; help is here. In this case, I just need to confirm if you set up your device with the next steps:
Link your speaker or display and streaming device:
Set your preferred TV:
For Speakers
To reset your preferred device, tap Default speaker or Default TV and then Reset.
For Displays
To reset your preferred device, tap Default speaker or Default TV > Reset.
Please keep me posted. I'll be waiting for your response.
Best regards,
Jenny
