Chromecast has been working fine.
Usually move between tv's.
Now flashing orange light and will cast with sound but blackscreen.
Done the usual resets etc but still nothing

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. This is quite bizarre. An orange LED shouldn’t let you even cast the sound, so the fact that it did means the LED status is not related at the moment.
If you’re casting a cast-enabled app such as YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, etc. and you only hear the sound coming from the TV while the screen is black, it has something to do with the HDMI communication. Try to refresh by rebooting all involved devices (TV, Chromecast, and smartphone). You can also check the physical connection or use a different HDMI port on the TV.
If you’re casting using the Chrome browser on a computer and you only hear sound, then this is more in the Chrome browser. I suggest you give our friends at the Google Chrome Help Community a shout. They may know a particular setting that can be toggled in Chrome://flags, or they may have a workaround for this. Let us know how it goes.
