Hi all,
Chromecast can't reach Google's servers ONLY when setting up the power button
When I try to set up my remote to work with my TV, Chromecast is unable to reach Google's servers.
I am not sure if this is related to my firewall.
Any comments or help would be really appreciated.

Thanks for posting and for being a step ahead of us. We’re sorry for the trouble, and this is not the experience that we wanted you to have. Since you’ve already tried to factory reset the device, yet the same message pops up, it could indeed be related to the network it’s connected to. Let’s try to factory reset the device one last time, then set it up from scratch, but this time using the remote alone (not with the Google Home App). And instead of connecting it to your home Wi-Fi, connect it to your smartphone’s mobile hotspot. Once completed and successfully set up, you can navigate using your remote to disconnect it from your hotspot and connect it to your home Wi-Fi. It should then show up in your Google Home App, and you can rename or move it to the room of your choice from the app.
