I have moved house and have a new network. I did not realise that I needed to factory reset the Chromecast whilst it was still connected to the previous network! How can I connect to my new network without a factory reset please?

You can reset you chromecast without being on a net work. See the instructions below:

Hi Dee47,
You don't need to be connected to factory reset a Chromecast, there's a tiny button that you can hold down to do it manually.

From the Chromecast device
While the Chromecast is plugged into the TV, hold down the button on the side of the Chromecast. The LED should begin to blink orange. When the LED light turns white, release the button and the Chromecast should then restart.
