Chromecast+google TV internet connection problem

I have a Chromecast+google TV here in Syria, I bought it from UAE two weeks ago, but once I connected it here in Syria, I got the message “can not reach internet”, I tried many possible solutions, but the message is always the same.

Is it possible that google doesn’t support this product in syria, knowing that Syria is included in the list of regions during the device setup.

Can anyone help me solving this problem.

Google Home, Google Nest, and Chromecast products are not sold or supported in the UAE or Syria unfortunately.
