Hi,
I just buy a new Nokia Google TV FHD, I try the first configuration but i'm stuck on ''setting up your TV'' with message ''follow instructions on google Home app''.. Google Home app ''can't connect to Chromecast '', I tried everything :
Reboot TV, not working, the TV always show the same message
The remote button to cancel, not working
Reset google home app, not working
Reset Wifi, not working
The common problem guide in nest community, not working
Do you have some idea to resolve the issue ? I'm in a phase of dismounting the TV to find a way to hard reset everything.

Thank you Aguilarmateon for you answer but it is not applicable to my case. The chromecast is built in the TV and The remote button do not working to acces the menu for reset factory, because I was block before full configuration of the TV.
Note : I have ask a refund to manufacturer, the device was sent back to him.
