Chromecast issue

Hello,

Every time I cast anything from google chrome app I cannot choose the video quality. Chromecast keeps settings to be on auto preset and while watching, it changes video quality several time. Meanwhile subtytles won't synchronize back. Could you please help?

  • How far is the Google streaming device from the router?
  • How far are you from the TV when trying to cast?
  • Is the Internet connection stable?
  • Has there been any change to the router settings?
  • Are the devices connected to the same network?
