On my older model TV, I was able to either play youtube from the Chromecast app OR by casting from my computer web browser. In both cases, the chromecast remote would completely work - power on/off, volume, input changes, play/pause, FF and rewind.
On a newer model TV, the TV remote only works in full when utilizing the Chromecast Youtube App.
Anything casted from my PC using Youtube.com, i can no longer play/pause, FF or Rewind using the remote.

Hi AMinPhoto,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about that. Let's check on this further.
Quick question — what's the brand of your new TV? Please try to reboot your Voice Remote and your Chromecast. Resetting your Voice remote might also help.
If the issue still persists, please reach out to your TV manufacturer. There might be some setting in your new TV that needs to be configured or checked by your TV manufacturer.
Thanks,
Jennifer

Yes hi! sorry for the delay. I have tried the above steps, but the problem still persists.
This is a Vizio TV. CEC is enabled on it currently.

Hi AMinPhoto,
Thanks for getting back to us. Could you please try to remove your Vizio TV under the remote and accessories settings in your Google TV and re-add it? Also, please make sure that you already removed your older TV before you add your new TV.
Keep me posted.
Thanks,
Jennifer
