Chromecast with Google TV WiFi Connection

Rubin23atl

We have a Chromecast with Google TV. The chromecast was working fine for almost two weeks and then all of a sudden wouldn't connect to the internet anymore. When we go into the network settings, it finds our home wifi network and it is able to connect to the WiFi network but says "No internet". The same TV that the Chromecast is plugged into is able to connect to the internet (same WiFi) without any problems. We have already restarted the Google Nest Wifi router and unplugged the Chromecast. The Google Router is located right below the TV. Any suggestions on what to try?

Next, I would suggest to access the Chromecast settings, forget the WiFi network and reconnect.

First, try to toggle the WiFi setting, to off and then on, in the Chromecast settings.
