Hi,
I setup my Chromecast with Google TV a couple of weeks ago, successfully adding other profiles including my daughter's child account. However, yesterday I switched on the Chromecast with Google TV and found only my own profile. I attempted to add a profile in our family group (previously added successfully). It added the account, but without any options except to remove it. This was also the case after a factory reset.
Any ideas on how to get this fixed?

I read on an article that trying a restart via the settings menu may work. And it did. I've added all the profiles and extra apps so hopefully it'll stay stable 🤞

Hi from Poland.
My Chromecast 4K did exactly the same today. First problem with wifi connection and then - just after factory reset - no other accounts. I can't choose them and any option is to delete...

I'm just checking up, were you able to get your Chromecast reconnected to your Wi-Fi? If not, I'd encourage you to check out this article and follow the steps it provides.

Hard reset didnt work, but system reset did.
