How frequently do these issues occur (e.g., multiple times a day, once a day, a few times a week)?
Did these issues start happening recently, or have they been ongoing since the devices were first set up?
Have you noticed if these issues tend to occur after a specific period of usage or after performing a particular action (e.g., after streaming for a long time, after installing a new app)?
When the device hangs during boot, what exactly is displayed on the screen (e.g., the Google TV logo, a black screen, or any error messages)?
If the factory reset window appears, are you able to navigate and select options?
Does the factory reset window appear consistently every time the device boots, or is it intermittent?
