Chromecast with Google TV remote control - TCL TV

Chromecast with Google TV remote control doesn't work with a TCL TV, I had restored the TV, the Google,  remapped the buttons and nothing happen, the IR signal only works very close to the TV IR sensor,  less than 40 cms. Can someone help please?

Same for me. On TCL TVs IR only works from 1m or closer.

I .having issues with TLC too, since the last remote firmware update.
