Error in Google chromecast with Google tv 4k

Hola, no sé que hacer

Conecto el chromecast a la tv, y aparece la G de Google, pero desaparece a los 6 segundos y reaparece, parpadeando de forma constante cada 6 segundos...

La luz del aparato aparece naranja e igual cada 6 segundos parpadea.

He probado distintos cables de alimentación y conexiones y pasa igual en todas

Hi @Alvarobuja 

That's certainly not expected. Have you tried to reset it using it's physical factory reset button (not the app) whilst it is connected to power?

Yes. But doesn't work, in remains orange, and beeps every 6 seconds, is like if energy reboots every 6 seconds.

I tried different chargers and nothing...

What can I do?
