Hi, I have a faulty Chromecast with Google TV which is under warranty. I went over troubleshooting with an advisor and tried changing batteries, pairing again, resetting etc. Nothing helped and the advisor told me to file a warranty claim through https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9901095
However, I am unable to file a warranty claim as the page keeps circling back to the beginning without an actual way to file a claim. Also I tried going through https://support.google.com/chromecast/ and requested a callback regarding chromecast. I did get a call back but that person was from google nest team (not chromecast) and they could not help saying it's a different product so they referred me back to advisors who send me through https://support.google.com/chromecast/gethelp and it is a dead circle. I already talked/chatted with 3 advisors with no actual help. I hope someone can help me to file a claim here.

Hi, i have the same problem with the remote of chromecast bought by amazon Spain which is still under warranty. They tell me to see directly with google but i can't find a link for returning the remote (Nest devices) on this page : https://support.google.com/product-documentation/answer/11061156
