To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:
- When you say it's not available, could you clarify if the extender isn't showing up at all, or if it appears but fails to connect and displays an error message?
- Are you using an Android or iOS device to set up your Chromecast?
- Is your Chromecast (2nd gen) able to connect directly to your main router's Wi-Fi network (bypassing the IPTIME amplifier)?
- Is your Chromecast already set up, or are you trying to set it up?
- Is the Google Home app updated?
