Chromecast with Google TV 4k
Chromecast voice remote control overheats suddenly and stops working. I have reset the voice remote and factory reset the Chromecast and voice remote is still not working
There is another problem now.
Since I factory reset the Chromecast, it start frome beginning, requires me to pair up the Chromecast using voice remote.
1. I cannot use my Chromecast now as it need me to pair with voice remote during initial ization,Is there any other way to pair up the Chromecast without using voice remote?
2. I think the voice remote overheats suddenly is an safety issue and it may catch fire.Google should provide a replacement for free.
3. I have contacted the help center for Asia region.However, as I live in Hong Kong, they cannot help me with replacement as their service only for Taiwan. They told me to contact the US custumer service. Since Taiwan customer service opens a case, I cannot switch to US customer service.Is there any way to contact US cs?
