Google Onn tv streaming not working

Hello! I have the Onn full Hd stresming device and i was just watching tv when the controll stopped working and my other control for the original tv does work and when i click that streaming option to watch, it won't turn on! neither does that control work and i have unplugged it and still nothing! please help!
