I recently switched to Quantum Fiber and cannot connect to my new Wi-Fi. I have 4 other devices connected through Wi-Fi but cannot get Google to connect.

Hi @John89!
Thank you for reaching out to the community. I am sorry that your Quantum Fiber cannot connect to your new Wi-Fi. I'm glad to help you!
Please follow the steps below: factory reset entire network
We start by going to the Google Home application; after this, in the Favorites option, in that section, there will be another one that will say Wifi and will be in green. Within this, you will be able to see multiple options, but you have to search and enter the network settings. When you are inside this, the last option is red, and it will say Factory reset the entire network. After this, all previous configurations made will be erased so that the device is as good as new.
After this, you have to do a manual factory reset.
To start, on the bottom of your device, you will find a very small button, which you have to press until the light on the device is solid blue. After that, you have to stop pressing and wait 5 to 10 minutes or until your device is ready to be set up, at which point it will appear in the Google Home app.
Then to set up the device, you have to go to the Google app and be in the Devices option. When you are there, in the left corner, you will find a button that will say Add.To be there, you have to turn off Google Nest or partner device and then select the house that you want to have the device in. The app will start searching for your device, and when it appears, you have to select it, scan the QR code, and after that, as soon as you see the option to create a name, you have to add a different one from the previous one without special characters, just like the password. Then you just have to continue with the rest of the setup.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reply to this post. I'll be happy to assist you further!
Best regards,
Jeremy.
