I am trying to sign in my account, but I’ve tried again like 10 or 20 times and it still says couldn’t sign in How do I fix this?

To help us troubleshoot further, could you please answer the following:

  • What type of account are you trying to sign in to?
  • When did the issue start?
  • Have you checked if the app requires an update?
