Google Tv 4K restaring nad restartong

It is restarting and restarting after instaling showmax. It happening after 5 minutes sonetomes 15 minutes and sonetimes after one hour

Have you raised a query with Showmax? 
Are you having this problem with any other apps?
Have you tried removing Showmax? I would start by - 

Force Stopping it - 

Quick Settings -> Settings -> Apps -> Select showmax

Try again. If that doesn't work, then try force stop, clear cache, clear storage. 

Try again, if that doesn't work try uninstalling, restart your streamer, install the app again, check the version

This feels like a bug with showmax rather than your streamer. Are you in a supported region?

Hi team,

 

it all started with showmax installation but after that it was happening for all other apps like netflix prime canal+. I have deketed all cashed info for all apps and that didnt Help.

 

But I found what was tej root cause Of the issue. I have changed power adapter from 65W to 100W and now it is working fine no errors and restarts !!! So it was power adapter issue
