Like i said on my text, i'm using your service (google movies) and bought them from your service on google tv app. If i choose movie from library it is not hdr, but if i choose same movie from youtube library it is on HDR. Any other like netflix, disney, amazon or apple has no broblem with HDR or Dolby Vision.
Funny thing, if i use old google movies app, they show on HDR, but not from new library...
And it so stupid that i cannot buy movies from google tv, because the is no shop on google tv streamer home screen. I think it's because geostrictions, i live in Finland. (Sorry my english)

I too am having this same issue. HDR and Dolby Vision are all working on apps, such as YouTube, Netflix and Prime, but don't work on purchased content in the Google TV library tab.
This used to work fine on the Chromecast with Google TV 4k, but not on the Google TV streamer

Also having issues with HDR content on many apps.
Stremio as an example.
HDR content loads as a black screen.
This is a very widespread issue judging by all the people on reddit having issues.
LG C1 and CX both having issues with Google Streamer with HDR on stremio and other apps.
Issue happens 100% of the time.

I am having a specific HDR issue with the Google TV Streamer - Amazon Prime app.
It seems like when Amazon Prime is showing a live broadcast in HDR - the Google TV Streamer does not show HDR. If I play a movie/show that is in HDR - seems to work.
Specific examples of this weird behavior:
1) Amazon Prime Monday Night Hockey - HDR not working on live broadcasts or replays
2) Amazon Prime "Faceoff: Inside the NHL series" - HDR IS WORKING fine.
I tested the same Amazon Prime Monday Night hockey using the built-in Amazon Prime app on my LG C3 OLED tv. This works fine, and shows Monday Night Hockey correctly with HDR.
To summarize:
Amazon Prime app ON GOOGLE TV STREAMER, is not showing HDR content for live broadcasts, but seems to work for series/movies.
Tested on : Amazon Prime App on Google TV Streamer. (not working)
Tested on : Amazon Prime App on LG C3 - WebOS version of app. (working)

It's a defective product, all Streamers have this issue. You have to play the movies from YouTube or from the Shop tab -- except despite living in the US the Shop tab doesn't appear for me. If I reset my device and use an account that I never used with a Chromecast with Google TV then I DO get the Shop tab though, so this is a significant bug in how they handle syncing over app data, in this case the user preferences for the entire Google TV OS. LOL.
